Mint Commercial and Healthcare Ltd currently run a streamlined “all cloud” set of applications to support their operational needs, this negates the need for expensive onsite server rooms and its associated physical security, cooling and power management issues.

 

Sweep Up – An application that goes on our staff mobile phones, they use it to check into site, be given details of tasks necessary, can report issues and request supplies. The app feeds into out payroll system for hours worked at sites. This app is whole housed on

a cloud server replicated for backup purposes to various locations across Europe.

 

Sweep-up manages our Time Recording. Using a mobile phone every employee logs into a shift which they are assigned to. This records the working time for the day/week/ month. Each week the Supervisor reviews the working time and approves or rejects the time recorded by the employee. If an individual fails to log into a shift an alert is sent to the Supervisor to highlight an employee has not clocked in. This alert enables us to enquire the employee is late or reporting in sick.
